Re: So . . . I'm Curious . . .
Insurance jargon is so hard to understand. I believe it would take a lawyer to understand what they are talking about.
I believe they are trying to trick us and here is why I believe it. My husband worked for Chrysler which has allowed me to have very good insurance. Blue Cross/Blue Shield. About 15, 20 years ago we started getting letters, did we want to change to PPO? I didn't buy it, and I am glad. Some that did, later found that they didn't have as good a insurance. But of course it was better for Chrysler. Now I've been getting the same kind of Letters. Asking me if I want to change to PPO. I've ignored them. A few days ago, the letter I got sounded like I didn't have a choice. I had my son to read it, he agreed first, that they could have made it more clear. Second, that I might not have a choice. I'm baffled. I think they're trying to trick us, into signing up for ObamaCare. |

You could be right Renee819. I also think that as long as they get the info on people at the obamacare site then people wont have a choice.
I really do not like obamacare and I am afraid it will bankrupt many of us. |

My husband went on Disability a year and a half ago (he had that aneurysm that ruptured, remember?) Ever since he's been not working, we have been paying for Cobra insurance thru his company. It's VERY expensive, but at least we have insurance. His company sent us a letter telling that we might want to check out the Obamacare stuff because it could be cheaper for us. But right now we are holding out and not switching. I am about half-convinced that Obamacare just might get repealed (I hope so!!!). And if it does, if we have dropped Cobra, we will be out of luck.
