Anyone here do the juicing thing? I don't eat a lot veggies so I have been thinking about trying it. any tips?

Yes I juice. Any tips-yes. There are many videos on youtube for juicing. Low rpm equals less air [oxidation] but you get your juice faster if you're in a hurry with high rpms.. I have an omega 4000 which is good for leafy type juicing. Does carrots good also. It will do soft fruits/veggies but you have to chase them with a carrot or something hard [beets] to flush the soft pulp.

Yes, I juice. I only do it about once a week but it's great! I like it. :) I should do it more often.

Some juice right before foot washing.

I would juice but I can't find a supplier.
