This guys is really asking for it now , just arrested in seminole county ,domestic ,threatening ,gun in the face etc etc.

Bizarre. His new girlfriend calls 911 and claims he shoved a shotgun in her face. GZ also calls 911 and says his gun is locked up, but doesn't mention a shotgun.

Not sure what to believe. The last domestic disturbance, where his ex wife claimed he had a gun aimed at her turned out to be false (he wasn't even armed) and there weren't any charges. Now you have this woman claiming a shotgun was used and that GZ broke her table (though he says she did it).

I'd say if the police search the house and find a shotgun, GZ will get nailed regardless if it actually happened or not.

Unfortunately, GZ is a marked man because of TM. The girlfriend he has could turn on him and say whatever she wants in a moment of anger.

Because of the TM slaying & his acquittal of the 1st degree murder charges against him, GZ will never truly be free. The news media will cause any incident that he might become involved in, no matter how trivial, to be "Breaking News." According to our justice system one who is charged with an alleged crime is considered to be "innocent until proven guilty," but with GZ the opposite will always be the case. Sad, yet true.

Or maybe he didn't. They've charged him with assault and battery. Unless this woman has evidence of the assault or battery, he should walk.

It's a case of she said/he said. She claims he broke a table, he says she did it.

Unfortunately this is something GZ will have to live with the rest of his life. Anyone he is around can now trash the joint, then point the finger at GZ and claim he pulled a gun on them.
