I agree. I love to cook and bake, and many times I wonder about changing something. For example... the baking soda to baking powder, and what exactly is the difference? It would be really cool to understand how each element works, and how you could change it up to create new things!

Who knows... all those things could still happen in your life.. grandkids (mother of many)... come visit me, I live in the wilderness (lol)... a higher education is not beyond your grasp... take a dose of vitamin B12... and just pin a butterfly on your shirt.... :heeheehee

OK... in all seriousness, your post was really awesome, and I hope that some of these dreams of yours come true!!

I have my doubts about the lots of grandkids.....I live in the country but I mean the rugged wilderness......like where you can't get hardly anywhere and are forced to live off the land (probably couldn't have hacked it in reality....but would have loved to try)......I don't have plans for much more school. If I did maybe just a class or two, who knows but am not planning on it......I just took some B12 shortly before I read this. I will never be highly energetic. ;).....and I have a butterfly avatar in lieu of the social butterfly.;)

But, hey, in all, I'm pretty content with my life because some of my dreams HAVE come true. ;)
