Young girls really need to see this kind of thing to remind them that what they see in advertising ISN'T what real women look like. And it should be stressed... a REAL woman is far more beautiful than some digitally enhanced artificial woman.

:thumbsup Young boys need to see it as well, so they can understand that perfection is an illusion. I worry about young men who have had their expectations of women shaped by the smoke and mirrors of modern media, and will hold their future wife to those unreasonable standards.

This is a great lesson for us all... just because you see something in a photo, does not mean it really exists, at least as it is shown in the picture. With all the tools available today to edit pictures with... it is not unlikely that a photo you are looking at has been cropped, touched, highlighted, etc., and otherwise changed so as to not represent even closely the original image.

And another point that should be brought up is this.... posting your pictures on the Internet without watermarks, or other blocks to keep the picture from being copied, and used by someone else, is very dangerous..... your unlocked picture can be stolen, manipulated, and your face, or the face of someone you love could be used by unscrupulous people in very ugly ways.
