Re: Brown ran at cop
MB was shot six times, twice in the head
*Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York and current star of the HBO show "Autopsy," conducted the medical examination for the family. While he claimed his findings did not "assign blame" or "justify" the shooting, he made the comment, "In my capacity as the forensic examiner for the New York State Police, I would say, ‘You’re not supposed to shoot so many times,’” He's not a cop, he's an examiner who charges $10,000 to conduct an autopsy (which he waived this time). So his statement, "You're not supposed to shoot so many times," is an obvious biased statement for the family. Some interesting facts about his findings... Dorian Johnson, the other man who was with MB during the strong-arm robbery (and who apparently still has not been arrested for his role in the robbery or his outstanding warrant) claimed that he hid behind a car and watched as the officer shot MB in the back. That's a lie, according to the examination. All six bullet entry points were to the front of the body. Get that? He wasn't shot in the back, as has been claimed by numerous statements in defense of MB. Four bullets hit his arm, two were head shots. The two head shots, according to Dr. Baden, were likely the last shots fired. One of the head shots pierced the top of MB's head -- "This one here looks like his head was bent downward,” he said, indicating the wound at the very top of Mr. Brown’s head. “It can be because he’s giving up, or because he’s charging forward at the officer." This is an important discovery, because there's a cell phone video taken at the scene, in which someone claims that MB was walking away, then turned around and ran towards the cop. ^This statement was from the video at the scene, "Then the next thing I know he doubled back toward him cus - the police had his gun drawn already on him –" "The police kept dumpin on him, and I’m thinking the police kept missing – he like – be like – but he kept coming toward him." That matches the statement from a friend of Office Wilson, who stated that Wilson told him, "Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, 'Freeze!' Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something." About these six shots. The attorney for the family, Crump, claims: “The sheer number of bullets and the way they were scattered all over his body showed this police officer had a brazen disregard for the very people he was supposed to protect in that community." Let's be clear. Contrary to Crump, the bullets weren't "scattered all over his body." Dr. Baden says four bullets hit MB's right arm, and two hit MB's head. That doesn't sound scattered to me. Now, I'm not a LEO, I'll be the first to admit I absolutely have no clue about LEO protocol. In my unlearned, untrained, ignorant opinion, the first four shots to the arm may have been to try and get this kid to stop charging. The final two shots to the head may have been desperation to stop this **6'4" 292 tank from attacking him. Again, the first reports state there was a confrontation in the police car and a shot was fired inside the car. The pieces are beginning to come together, albeit very slowly. *Source Link ^Source Link **Source Link |

Re: Brown ran at cop
Unfortunately, at this point, even if there was a video clearly showing MB assaulting the officer, walking away and then turning back and running at him again before the officer fired and killed him....it wouldn't matter to the same people screaming for justice.
They don't want justice. They don't care about evidence or facts. They just want this white officer punished for killing MB. Even if it was in self defense. Even if there was a video showing the officer was justified in his actions. |
Re: Brown ran at cop
When race gets involved you can forget about them wanting facts. When it becomes a black movement it is over.

Re: Brown ran at cop
Nearly every time there's been a police shooting incident where someone is threatening a cop's life, they shoot until the man is down.
I want to ask him and anyone else, what what number does it become excessive? Is there a general rule? Is there a national average? |

I doubt a taser would've had much of a stopping effect on this guy. Of course, this doesn't matter to the people in Ferguson who are protesting, nor likely to AG Holder. It wouldn't matter if MB's friend snitched and sided with the officer. It wouldn't even matter if there were multiple videos with audio showing MB was intent on harming the officer. Even further, if MB had a gun and was popping shots at the officer, and the officer returned fire and killed MB, THAT wouldn't even be justified in the eyes of the black community. All that matters now is MB is dead, shot by a white officer. In fact, no need to waste money on a trial by jury. AG Holder should just declare Wilson guilty as charged and have his New Black Panther Party buddies find Wilson, bring him to the center of Ferguson and lynch the guy. Source Link |

Therefore, the position of the DOJ is that white people have no rights that black people need to recognize. Be afraid. Be very afraid. These people will put you in a FEMA camp when they can. |
Re: Brown ran at cop
Officer Wilson suffered an "orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket." Yeah, MB was just holding his hands up, surrendering peacefully.
Quote:
I don't believe this is Wilson's actual scan...the pic says "Fig. 2 CT Scan" so I believe it's just included in the article to show what it looks like. So here's a scenario: In the initial confrontation, MB hits Wilson so hard, he causes an orbital floor fracture. The MB starts walking away, but Wilson tries to make an arrest (likely now for assaulting an officer). MB then turns back and starts running towards Wilson, head down, arms slightly raised. Tell me you wouldn't fear for your safety and fire your weapon at him. The dude just caused a massive injury to Officer Wilson, and blacks expect him to do what? Run away? Let MB beat him down some more. Source Link |
