You guys see this? After the Niners-Cowboys game today, a new series premiered. Utopia. 15 people populate a few square miles for a year, on their own, to make their own rules, to work together (or not?). And oh man, did they pick some interesting characters!

An animal rights advocate, a hunter, a libertarian, a bisexual, and (ready for this?) a Pentecostal pastor!

Oh, this is going to be good!

Utopia means nowhere.

I saw the previews for this tonight. (Yes I know..it's bad to watch tv.. I love watching Star Trek though. LOL) I found it interesting that they were already having fights (fist fights) within the first 24 hours so I am sure it will be interesting. I probably won't be watching it though...I have a feeling that it will end up getting smutty (with or without the Pentecostal preacher). Plus I am sure they will edit it in a way that will make the preacher look stupid (like they usually do with Christians on tv) and that raises my blood pressure. lol

I am going to check this out because I am always interested in whether one society can be better than another.

It's soft-scripted, like most "reality" shows today. I thought the first season or two of Survivor were pretty cool over a decade ago. Not interested anymore.

Spolier alert: he baptizes ex-convict, Dave, in Jesus Name. Evidently, you can subscribe to the live feed online. It was all over Twitter and FB yesterday.
