Old Pentecostal recordings?
Anybody got any old recordings of preaching or singing? I'm talking old, like prior to the 60s.
Here's a recording from pastor Earl Phipps and his Free Holiness church band, from the 1920s I believe. (You need to listen all the way through...) The song is Shine On Me, Lord. (one of the better old-time gospel songs imo) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqaDelB4DKA |

Here's one from 1953, pastor/singer Claude Ely doing Holy Unto the Lord and then doing a bit of testifying in the last couple of minutes.

Here's one from 1930, COGIC pastor FW McGee and a clip from a testimony service:

Bro. I find these types of recordings at used book stores easily. When folks pass on, their families donate their records and they are cheap to buy.
