Ignore the note about technical difficulties...that was Wednesday evening. Their web design is new this week and has a few bugs, but the Live stream is working.

I recorded the webcast and am starting to watch the sermon now. However being almost midnight I might not make it through it all tonight.

Only about 10 minutes into the sermon and we have "holy breath" into the microphone going on big time. Or congestive heart failure. Not quite sure which. Not sure I can take an hour of this screaming, heavy breathing, etc, etc. Would love to hear a good word if he gets to it.

The Hammond organ player backing him up is good. Oops, so much for the sermon. They are "shouting" all over the place to the music and the preacher says "this is the sound of warfare!". Mark Yandris would definitely approve of the organ playing. I thought for am minute it might be him but I saw the organ from one camera angle and I don't think its him.

Kudos to the Rock Church for webcasting their services and special conferences like this one. While we have many differences I think it is great to see a church using technology to allow the maximum number of people to participate in what they have going on. Oh, and most important of all, not charging for people to view it!

I'm glad you posted this, CC1...that was very kind of you.

Re your last post, I can only say that this was the last night, and from your old camp meeting days, you know these services are geared to sending everyone home with a shout. Bro. Williams said, "this is the sound of warfare" because that was his subject.

They had several receive the Holy Ghost, including a waitress someone invited that afternoon at lunch.

So for all present, it was a good service, and I enjoyed watching it.

Their site was down Wednesday night so I wasn't able to view Bro. Rick Mayo preaching, however I did see the daytime and evening services the rest of the week. The teaching and preaching was wonderful, in my opinion, and if anyone was looking for "a good word," it was certainly there.

As for the musicians, I love the keyboardist and the organist, and I believe they are from TRC.

I listened the first night was not able to get the webcast to work. So HGR was the next best. First night was great faith preaching.
