My Apostolic Christian Comics

Hi Praise the LORD! I am a web/graphics designer. Just want to have a shameless shoutout of my new Christian comic.

http://www.faithupgrade.com/

The comic ideas are mostly Apostolic and promotes holiness, and from my OSAS friends hates some comic strips.

Please check it out. Feel free to post suggestions, negative feedback is very welcome too. I just started few months ago. Your feedback can help me to improve it.

Note: English is not my first language, apologize to grammar police :(

God bless!!!

On this comic, you have syntax errors and..personally I would not make Jesus look like a really angry man

Also the story is good but kinda confusing as there are facts left out. You have to put somethings together for yourself.

Otherwise it's pretty good. What is your intended audience? Teens?

You should find someone to edit your words before finishing, someone to help :-)

Your enemy # 2 is making Jesus look angry.

You have talent.

Perhaps consider drawing Jesus with no face if you draw him. We dont know what he looked like and it is prohibited to make an image of him. Ever seen Chick tracts? The ones I saw showed a mans form without a distinct face.

Thank u brethrens, I value your suggestions.. from now on no more angry Jesus face.

Regarding the no face Jesus I am a fan of chick dot com I was also thinking to create that kind of presentation of Jesus when I post serious topics for example Godhead, but for the meantime I'll stick to kawaii style while the site is new.

You are absolutely correct, no one knows how Jesus looked like, so no representation of Jesus is genuine. That is why in our church and in our house we never had any pictures of Jesus.

however we need to consider that no cartoon really looks like a real person, so it is just a simple attempt to use an image that might resemble Jesus somewhat. I seriously doubt someone will say that Jesus looked exactly like in a cartoon and then begin to worship that image.

The art is good. The stories could use some work IMO.
