I would like to take a moment and thank myself for having a birthday on Sunday because if I had not had a birthday, I would not have been able to eat birthday cake. (well tiramisu but it was birthday tiramisu so it counts!)

I would probably buy the Mascarpone. Although, I have made cream cheese before, which tastes awesome.
