Mis-trial in Baltimore case (L)

Was race a factor? Let's hope not.

I have always cared about REAL racism, not the make-believe, fantasy racism you believe in.

Good. The only racial factor in this was the Prosecutor Mosby and Mayor Blake. This was shady from the start.

Unfortunately black lies matter will probably wreck havoc, loot and burn down buildings.

There is certainly real racism and then there is cop-out racism. For some people it is the cop-out for irresponsible behavior and the excuse for bad choices.

That was my point. Did black or liberal jury members let the black cop go? I don't know the answer.

5 black, 7 white.

We'll see what happens when a white cop goes to trial. Different Jury, obviously, but likely the same kind of racial split for the Jury members.

I don't think that was the case for this trial.

I have read where people are saying that the case for against this particular officer was weak from the start.

I do not expect for him to be re-tried for his role (or lack thereof) in Freddie Gray's murder.

But the citizens don't care. They want a conviction despite the facts of the case
