I eat Jalapenos raw, cooked, however.
But, that's where I dry the line!
I do eat hot sauce with Habaneros and Scotch Bonnet, but not raw!

There was a time when I would seek out the hottest peppers, but something happened. I got old.

I'm just not into eating food that hurts me.

Now, I have never heard of a Carolina Reaper, so I'm going to track them down and build them into some sandwich, or just throw them into a smoothie.

Let's see what happens.

Keep us informed!
I was like you at one point, but am now older and wiser, I hope.

Ok, the latest on the search for this pepper in the Fort Lauderdale area.

I can't find any, all my pepper people scoff at the idea and tell me Sotch Bonnet is the hottest. Therefore they don't even want to entertain the idea of the Carolina Reaper. But I never give up on people or peppers. So the search continues. I will check back with more news.
