The Gospel.......?

How does Mark 16:15-18, correlate with Acts 2:38-40?

Do they have the same essence to be, essentially, the same gospel?

The Gospel is the good news of the Kingdom of God. The death, burial, and resurrection of Christ is what makes it possible for us to enter that kingdom - which is why we must experience his death, burial, and resurrection (aka new birth) to participate in his kingdom.

Only one Gospel.

1 Cor 15 shows us the true gospel. What is the "end" or the "aim" of Christ death and resurrection? 1 Cor 15 shows us. The good news is that men can live forever. That death is not the end of life if we trust and obey Jesus.

There is no good news without that understanding. Jesus actually died. Three days later he came back alive. The teaching of the resurrection of the dead is THE GOOD NEWS...THE GOSPEL.

If in this life only we have hope in Christ we are of all men most miserable.....

If the dead RISE NOT....let us eat and drink for tomorrow we die.

Acts 2:38 and Mark 16 tells the sinner how to get right with God and have this hope of immortality. They dont contradict they are both saying the same thing.

Eternal life is the benefit of being in the Kingdom. The Bible tells us Jesus preached "the gospel of the kingdom of God". Resurrection is part of the package. As is new birth. As is justification, sanctification, etc etc.

But the good news is the kingdom of God is at hand. The entirety of Christ's doctrine, preached by the apostles, is the gospel.

Yes, to the bolded! A bit refreshing to see someone say this, when it seems that most people only equate the gospel to one or two parts of what Christ and the apostles preached, and not everything.

If there seems to be any contradiction, it is on man, not God.

Can you correlate the two scriptures for us?

"One Lord, one faith, one baptism."

Very well.

Now is not "the kingdom is at hand" saying that it is upon us,
as opposed to the kingdom being IN us?

"...no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you."
