It's something that gripped me earlier.

Two weeks ago, I was a little hungry and I even had squash a small sense of panic in Jesus Name that started to set in. It was a completely fleshly and unnecesary response to a temporary situation.


I started to think about how people could steal when they are hungry and then I remembered a saying I think I heard my Dad quote:

"If you would lie, you would steal. If you would steal, you would kill."


Even now, I am thinking of that phrase from Dc Talk's, 'I Wish We'd All Be Ready':

"Children die, the day grows cold, a piece of bread could buy a bag of gold."
