Prayers for some Old Friends
 
Got word that some folks from my past adult son was seriously injured earlier this week in an accident involving a Polaris and pickup truck around the WA/ID border south of Spokane. Duane and Bonnie Getty's are the parents. Their oldest son Johnathan has been taken off support but don't know his status. Earlier reports did not look good. Bro. Getty's and I headed up the bible quizzing in WA back in the mid-late 90's. He the Sr., myself the Jr. Our kids of course where involved.

Pray for Johnathan and the family please.

Are they related to Kristyn and Keith Getty?

I don't think so.

I saw a post from his cousin that he had passed away. Keep the family in your prayers. Bro. Ken Bow is pretty close to the family. Sister Gettys came from that church when brother Wendell Myars was pastor.
