Many believers have known for years that the nation of Saudi Arabia has been considered a "closed" country, meaning missionary activity is extremely dangerous, and has to be done in secret. Under the Wahhabi Islam rule, converting from Islam to Christianity, if caught, leads to capital punishment (e.g. beheading).

But a new leader is rising: Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is a moderate, and he intends to reshape the nation of Saudi Arabia and bring about dramatic, lasting reforms.

Is this the opening of Saudi Arabia to the Gospel that untold numbers of believers, especially those already in or feeling called to go to Saudi Arabia, have been waiting and praying for?

My exact sentiments! I know a brother in the Lord, who many years ago, spoke to me about feeling God wanted to send him to SA. Perhaps, if that was a true calling from the Lord, the time for that is at hand.

I think this could turn into a rebellion urged on by those who want to maintain the Wahhabism of the nation. Each must do only as led by the Spirit, but I am going to be praying for Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and for what he intends to do.

Imagine the millions of souls born since the Wahhabi revolution took place who have only ever heard of Isa of the Qu'ran, but never of Jesus of the Gospels.

70% of the people are 30 or under.... is my Wow. I’m not familiar with the history of the region. I didn’t realize that the insanity is the area is rather new.

Apparently there has been a purge. So much for Prince Salman.

Also, one of the princes purged (Salman?) owned the top several floors of the Mandalay hotel and sold a bunch of his Vegas Casino stock a few days before the shooting.

I think Vegas is looking more like a Wahabbi terror act that has been quieted and hushed up, pressure was put on the House of Saud, and this purge was a result.

So they went with Mr MKULTRA shooting up a church in Texas. Nice distraction from events in Saudi Arabia, the Paradise Papers, Uranium One, Podesta, Shrillary, and anything else that needed to be bumped off the MSN.

Possibly an internal war behind the scenes, covert ops and psyops with various foreign state sponsored actors, blah blah blah.
