Most complex explanation of the Godhead ever!
Nathaniel Wilson at SOTAD 17. Listen and if you can, give a synopsis of what he's saying. I got maybe like 5 percent! So if you're very analytical, and intellectual this is for you.
This is supposed to be a Symposium of the Apostles Doctrine, but like the Eschatology one I posted (the same conference) the language used totally missed me. I have one more from it I'll post tommorow, on "A Pentecostal Hermeneutic" from it also. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byKAb2sOZoA |

Bro, don’t worry if you don’t understand them.
You just listen to your pastor. |

I am listening now, so far it is a great message. I do enjoy how he is building the case with reason and not screaming at us. Around the mid-point he said Jesus was the "geographic" location of the Living God. Great way to explain it! |
Re: Most complex explanation of the Godhead ever!
This is the type of message that I would love to have the text.

Re: Most complex explanation of the Godhead ever!
Q: Can you define better, as in Col. 2:9, the KJV says, “the fullness of the Godhead dwells in Him bodily.” Was Godhead there referring to the divinity only, because of the statement that it dwells in the body as kind of a separate term.
A: That is a very important scripture because there is no body in eternity – past, present or future that is God. But, if you want to see God in a human body, you are going to see that In Jesus Christ and no other. That’s it. :thumbsup:thumbsup |

Re: Most complex explanation of the Godhead ever!
Those points y'all got so far was the ones I received too. That and the one where he said"everything created has visible, and invisible attributes." Also how he explained God being light. That you don't see the actual light, but the reflection of it.
I wish I could also get a copy of the text too, I could really chew on it and understand it better. Then I could really understand what all he's saying!! Lol |
