What Comes First? Fear of God Or Repentance?

If your answer is repentance, then is this repentance a "work" of the Holy Ghost?

If your answer is, "the fear of God", this is this fear a "work" of the Holy Ghost?

The fear of God and condemnation brings you to repentance. And yes it's caused by the Holy Ghost. Because as John 6:44 "No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him." No one just chose Jesus, He was drawn by the Holy Ghost to Jesus.

I told you a fear of God, leads you to repentance. So that means the fear of God comes first and according to John 6:44 it happens because the Holy Ghost was Drawing you unto Him.

The goodness of God leads to repentance

Romans 2:4 New King James Version (NKJV)
4 Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?

Godly sorrow produces repentance

2 Corinthians 7:10 New King James Version (NKJV)
10 For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.
