I don't mean this to be harsh, but honestly monotone preachers put me to sleep. I listened to about two minutes of the video. There's no way I could have survived listening to nearly 20 minutes of that voice. It reminded me of a history teacher I had in high school. You might have had some good things to say in that video, but I couldn't get through the whole thing. You need to put some feeling into your preaching Bro. Just my honest opinion.

Lose the headgear and invest in a better mic, probably a lapel lav. Next, build a backdrop so it doesn't look homegrown. Just a simple frame with fabric will work, or for about $80 you can buy a muslin background online from B&H Photo...good luck!
