I see many bald Eagles at the Lake of the Ozarks while sweeping chimneys. Some of the homes are built on the bluffs and the eagles will catch fish then use the chimney tops as a perch while they tear them apart and eat them.

It has been reported on certain occaisions as many as a hundred eagles have been circling at one time in the area below the dam. When the water is released many fish are churned to the top. I have not seen more than a few at a time though.

Here in the Vancouver area we have a good number of bald eagles. I will keep my eyes open to any sightings of a blad eagle. Are they related to the bald eagle family? :)

If we witness these "endangered species" eating other "endangered species," or an "endangered plant," who do we call?

That would be problematic!
I think the bald eagle is no longer an endangered species - but still "protected".

They would be "endangered" if my son was let loose in the woods with a shotgun. I took him partridge hunting with me one day when he was a teenager. I eventually heard the blast of his gun and his excited yell, "I got one!" To my dismay his partridge turned out to be a "protected" bluejay. I didn't realize he didn't know what a partridge looked like! :)
