And he said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise.”



I’ve read that some argue the comma is added and thereby in the wrong place, changing the exact meaning, following translation.


What and where is paradise?

Paradise, being a place where Jesus would be that same day he died, 3 days before he resurrected....where would that be?


A paradise before the resurrection of those “sleeping”?


It’s been a very long time since I recall looking into this verse, and I can’t recall what I even figured out, if anything.

Paradise, where the Tree of Life was located...

Calvary, Jesus on a tree (cross) dying and giving life to those who believe in Him.

Yes, the thief was with Him in Paradise that day.
