Needing church recommendations, Louisville KY area
 

Hi all, we are fairly new to the Louisville KY area. I am wanting to find an Acts 2:38 church where standards aren't a huge emphasis. With Louisville being a city with many churches, I am hoping for suggestions/recommendations to make the church home search easier.
We checked out a PAW church, it was okay, but still searching. Also, I've already been to Believer's Church, not what I'm looking for.

It is a good church.

I grew up in the same church as the pastor of Believers Church...
One of his brothers was a very close friend.
But, the road they are on does not have a good ending.

Lots of them out there. Broad is the way. You should have no problem finding a church that fits you and your wants.

Yeah aegsm76, it wasn't my cup of tea. Something just didn't feel right for me personally, but to each their own.

Hometown guy, oh geez. Not sure what was meant by the sarcasm. My stipulation is a church has Acts 2:38 truth, no "Hillsongish" music lol, and where I don't feel the shackles of over the top legalism
