Mainstream Media-Its All We Have???
 

Went into a local business recently,one I frequent. They had tables in front of the counter and a taped off section that customers are not to pass.
Since I know the manger, I lightly jested that the media appeared to have taken over their business. I asked him where he got all of his info about the pandemic, as far as fact checking., I reminded him that the media cant be trusted......HIS REPLY.....

"The media is all we have"

NEWS FLASH.......You and I are under no obligation to believe the report of a known liar. Our sanity should actually be called into question if we are anything but skeptical. If the only source of information you have is tainted with lies and hypocrisy and you are aware of it, and follow them (while condemning those who dare question your source) then you are as guilty of disinfo and its results as the source is. If our God was even capable of one lie, the world would be quick to point out this imperfection and suggest that the only logical thing to do would be to reject our God completely and cast him away. But its not possible that God could lie. What the media worshippers should do is follow this logic, and cast away from themselves this "God of the Air" whose every other word is a lie.
If we follow someone who does not have the truth(or mixes it with lies) it must be deduced that the obtaining of Truth is not our true motivation.



Sanity must, therefore, be a commodity that is hard to come by, because the masses seem to follow blindly questioning nothing. The media is controlling people's lives and therefore must be their God. I think Satan has blinded people from being able to see the power the media wields over them. Its like they are in a trance. The media is basically a mouthpiece of Satan.

Too little too late. Apostolics use to not watch television. Man, Baptists use to not watch television. We have an entire front page of the central part of this forum. Where Apostolic is against Apostolic fighting amongst themselves that the popular narrative concerning this hoax is truth. All you needed was a well known preacher get hooked up to a ventilator and its done like the dinner dishes. Oh brother so in so has the covid 19, and is hooked to a respirator, BUT he will be better soon. Yes, better with a whole folder of testimony how God did XYZ and how you can meet him in the lobby later to buy a neck tie. This isn't about some flu bug, and why aren't we hearing about those who have recovered without any vaccine? Keep watching the cartoons Pentecostals, keep believing whatever you hear. Because you are self maintaining unit. Anyone gets out of line, you pull them back into line. Right on.
