Covid-19 same person multiple tests
 

I have a question on Covid-19 testing. Is the same person ever tested positive multiple times for Covid-19? How often does this occur? Is it counted as multiple positive cases in the reporting when this occurs?

Wouldn't doubt it, it would fit in with all the other erroneous reporting being passed as news.

Virginia Dept of Health site does show difference of tests vs unique individuals tested.

It's not clear if a case is defined as an individual or a positive test.
