Yes, State Legislatures have the final say

And Pence is likely to accept the electors chosen by the State Legislatures.

Unfortunately most state legislators are just as corrupt as the clowns in DC.

Corrupt? Isn't one of the prerequisites to being a politician is to be a soulless criminal?

You don't have to be soulless to be a politician.

I rub shoulders with state lawmakers. Some are ignorant and corrupt. Others serve with excellence and their service contributes to the public trust.

Not all lawmakers are the same.

Not according to the lawsuit filed by Rep Gohmert. The reason Rep Gohmert says he’s suing VP Pence is because Pence disagrees with Gohmert’s view that Pence should choose GOP electors selected by the State Legislatures.

Pence isn’t going to lead a revolt on Jan 6, sorry to break it to you.
