Zionist Christians vs Zionist Christian. As everything in religion, there are different offshoots. Whether it is Islam, Buddhism, Judaism, and Christianity with 45,000 different denominations. Even those 45,000 have offshoots and cults formed out of them. Pretty outrageous going through them all in how the are similar to each other, and how they are different. Here we have Laurie Cardoza-Moore who like John Hagee have taken their Zionism to an extreme. Laurie Cardoza-Moore doesn't believe that Israelis and Modern Jews shouldn't be evangelized. Here is a video where Dr. Michael Brown is upset on how Laurie Cardoza-Moore comes against he and his group evangelizing in Israel. It is a very interesting video, on how this movement like so many others had gone through before, are going through their own growing pains.

This all started happening long ago. Yet about six years ago the Israelis started pumping up the volume. Christian Zionists going after Christian Zionists who are missionaries to Israeli modern Jews in Israel. Dr Michael Brown is pleading his case to the accusation posed against his group in Jerusalem Post. He brings up how Laurie Cardoza-Moore asked Benjamin Netanyahu to shut down Christian Missionaries ( God T.V. ) in Israel.

I see Laurie Cardoza-Moore doesn't want Jews practicing as Christians?

This is a a bit of information on Messianic Jews. One interesting point that is brought up from the Jerusalem Post, is that Messianic Judaism is frowned upon. If you are a Buddhist Jew, or an Atheist Jew you can use the Law of Return to make your Aliyah. But if you are a "Christian" Messianic Jew you are considered no longer a Jew. Can someone tell me how we think Israel likes Christians?

Supreme Court Rulings: In 1989 (Beresford v. Minister of the Interior), the Israeli Supreme Court ruled that Messianic Judaism constitutes "another religion" (Christianity), not Judaism. Therefore, a Jewish-born person who adopts Messianic beliefs has "voluntarily changed his/her religion" and is excluded from automatic immigration under the "Jew" category.

How do you actually define Judaism? Cultural, religious, based on parentage?
I believe you can be an atheist and claim to be Jewish based on having a Jewish parent?

Judaism went from being a Biblical religion which was tabernacle/temple based to one that morphed and evolved through the centuries. The Rabbinical Judaism goes all the way back to the Babylonian captivity, the Oral Torah was codified into the Mishnah and eventually the Talmud by the 6th century A.D..

You are correct, according to halakha, an individual can be considered Jewish because their mother is Jewish. This inheritance through the mother is regardless of what the individual believes ideologically or religiously. Yet, Biblically parentage inheritance didn't come through the mother, but through the father. The Bible precedence is superseded by the Talmud Kiddushin 68b, and has remained altered to this day.

I should add that no matter if a mother or father is "Jewish" does not make them racially "Jewish." Or to be more exact, Biblically Jewish. Just because their mother or even father is Jewish. They could have zero physical connection to ancient Israel, or ancient Judah. Basically, the Rabbis see not only a mother's line as legitimate, but that every Jewish soul who was ever born or going to be born was at Mount Sinai in the Wilderness. This is found in the Midrash Tanhuma Nitzavim. One must keep in mind that Judaism is a religion. If I'm Apostolic Pentecostal is doesn't automatically make my offspring Apostolic Pentecostal. Everyone would agree that is logical. Religion is about faith, not parental lineage. yet, when we are told someone is a God hating Atheist but he is Jewish, we accept that without question.
