• The TV issue is not Kenneth Haney's Fault
• Any "Loose Living Liberals" within the UPCI are not Kenneth Haney's Fault
• Any "Extremist Ultra Conservatives" within the UPCI are not Kenneth Haney's Fault
• The problems that have been reported in the Foreign Missions Deptartment of the UPCI are not Kenneth Haney's Fault.
• Terrorism is not Kenneth Haneys Fault
• George W Bush is not Kenneth Haneys Fault

The Fault of ALL of the problems within the UPCI can be described in one word.
