TBN is going to the DOG...

A family member told me TBN had DOG the bounty hunter as one of their "inspirational speakers" the other day.

Is this true and if so, is this what TBN considers Christianity?

Funny????

I'd hate to see what you call sad.

I don't think I have seen more than 20 seconds of TBN at any one stretch but I HAVE seen Dog: The Bounty Hunter many times. I know they pray a lot and show an incredible amount of compassion for the people they capture (perhaps the most important trait a Christian can have), but they also talk like sailors. I mean, CONSTANT bleeping out stuff, not just the occasional slippage.

So he's rough around the edges. He's not afraid to pray to Jesus in public and on his show. The guy shows more love in a 30 minute shows than a lot of christians exhibit in 30 years.

Peter was rough around the edges look how he turned out. I don't know why the beef w/Chapman. The Bible says you know you are my disciples if you love each other. It doesn't take long to discover the Dog loves people.

The DOG was out our way last spring to do a fundraiser for a charity my boss supports. He didn't have his entourage, though. He was great for raising money from aging corporate/Harley types. I don't know what he'd be like in a church setting. For some reason we don't get TBN so I didn't see that.

It might have been worth the laugh that others describe. Sometimes toof, you just gotta laugh.

I guess I've got to see his show. He wasn't all that swaggering and cussing here. But I just hung around long enough for appearances sake.

I DO like the guy. Again, the number one trait a Christian can and should have is to show love, forgiveness, and compassion for his fellow man and the Dog does it in spades. I felt truly bad for him several months ago when one of his oldest daughters was killed in a car accident on the eve of his wedding.

I love THE DOG!!
