Recognizing the richness...
 

Proverbs 10:22 states, "The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it"

Money and things may bring a certain amount of stability and security that comes with the riches of this world, and in this there is nothing wrong... being financially secure is not a sin. However, having riches doesn't indicate richness.

The richness of life is only found in knowing and walking and communing with the Master. It is in this place...this secret place with Him that we receive and are able to recognize the hand of the Lord.

In this secret place we recognize that richness can be found in the life and example you are setting before your children, and the balance they are learning at your feet. Richness can be found in the souls with whom you come in contact, who experience the Lord in ways they have never known. Richness can be found in following the call and operating in His will.

There is no amount of money that can compare with the blessing of God, for the richness that it brings to a soul only eternity can explore, and in this there is no sorrow.

Sure the body gets weary...certainly trials and problems come and bills need to be paid and situations arise...and on and on it goes. But in the midst of it all, there is a God who keeps on blessing and giving and bestowing richness and life.

What a great and wonderful God!! His love is from everlasting to everlasting and His grace knows no boundary.

My soul yearns for the richness from on high, and may I always recognize it when it comes...
