What does your church do to develop it's young ministers?
 

a) What type of resources do you offer, suggest or give to them?
b) How do you keep them motivated and interested in what they are doing?
c) How do you address any that seem to struggle with committment or follow-through?
d) What type of ministries do you start them with and later progress them to?
