The UPCI Isn't the Only One Getting Technologically Relevant Today.

Some of you may remember conversations and chidings about my insisenting on staying on dial up. Today the switch was made. This is my first thread using DSL. MY previous two isp providers were unable to continue providing local dial-up #'s for me. Just like I was forced kicking and screaming to bid farewell to my windows 98 pc last year, I was kicking and screaming to keep my dial-up. Alas, but no luck. I don't know what to do with all this speed. I used to go to the kitchen and fix a sandwich while waiting for the next page to pop up. Now I don't even have enough time to turn my head.

ps. I'll get a five dollar discount on my internet bill if I pay my dish payment with my internet and phone bill. The blessings of the Lord maketh rich and addeth no sorrow.

Please explain. I'm a person who's most recent game system is a nitendo 64 I borrowed from my brother a few years ago. As far as I know none of Charlie Brown's friends are living in my pc.

Linux is an alternative Computer Operating System that will make a Windows 98 computer perform like a brand new Vista machine.

Mine was a Win98SE from the Dell Factory 7 yrs ago!

Where I live they don't have the lines down for DSL,I have thought about some satellite deals for the net,but right now that isn't a main priority.
