Would you report an Illegal?

Would you report an Illigal?

According to federal law, it is a felony to knowingly aid and abet illegal aliens. This law goes unenforced as most of our immigration laws are.

Are Pastors aiding and abeting Illegals. Is this accepted by leadership?

Why do you ask? I guess it would depend on the situation...

I would report a crack or meth dealer.

I sure hope that Pastors are not aiding and abeting Illigals. Is this accepted by leadership?

If you don't know why then there's no use me even discussing this with you.

Coop, the only thing that you've said all day that I agree with is:

"Teach them Jesus and then teach them to obey the laws of the land" or something like that.

Be sure you get that in the right order and don't kick them out with a cavalier attitude.

We're here to help them get saved, not legal. Whose laws are higher? I realize that we are to obey the laws here, but there's really no reason for you to even KNOW someone is illegal, unless they tell you...just get the message across that you don't want/need to know. Just b/c they don't speak English doesn't mean they're illegal.

I would report them in a flash but that does no good anymore. The government from city, state, to Federal is not interested in enforicing immigration law.

I recently sat in traffic court for about an hour and a half and witnessed at least a half dozen illegal Mexicans tell the judge they did not have drivers licenses and when he would ask why they would say (through an interpretere) simply that they "couldn't get one".

The judge would just nod then fine them. I think a cop should be there in the courtroom to pull any illegals out and turn them over to immigration.

I am all for legal immigration but the flood of illegals is destroying our country and wrong.

I would turn one in in a heartbeat.

You would think that's what they would do, huh? LOL The gov't just doesn't WANT to enforce it, I think.
