Not all of us that agree with the "friend from church" would have the same response to your question. There are some that would respond, no, I don't eat out on Sundays, don't go to any stores on Sundays, and won't even buy gas on Sundays unless in some emergency situation. Some of us try to be a bit more consistent in our admiration of certain values, like taking the Lord's Day to devote to Him.... and not be the reason that anyone unneccesarily has to be at work because of us.
Just wanted to make sure readers of your post didn't take a broad brush and try to apply to all.
