This is one area in which Pastors and churches could improve. Pastors often lament the lack of burdened or dedicated workers; yet sometimes when a person relates their burden to the Pastor, they're slapped on the back or given a high five and sent on their merry, burdened way without good instruction or help.
Every Pastor and church should offer some kind of instruction on community evangelism.
