Again, that's for God to decide. However, most Americans today can know the Truth if they want Truth and will stand before God without excuse.

Thanks for answering and saying you believed they truly repented. That's better than most here who sidestep my actual question.
I have another question now. In acts 2:38:-39 god promised the Holy Ghost to all those who repent and are baptized. Did god break his promise since they never received the Holy Ghost as evidenced by their lack of tongues? Or did they receive the Holy Ghost without speaking in tongues?
