Today I meandered about 150 miles on my motorcycle around the Nashville area. I ended up in the Madison area and noticed about a mile from Turning Point UPC church a green billboard with the question "Have You Been Baptized In Jesus Name?" then beneath that simply:

Then when I passed the church I saw the same advertisement on a banner attached to the fence near the church.
Is this an official UPC ad campaign or something else?
