I think if that makes a man FEEL funny, they have deeper issues. The fact is the bible calls us, the church, the BRIDE.
Should all men leave the church and thumb their nose at God because they FEEL funny?
It never made me feel funny. But thats probably because I learned a long time ago not to take the bible woodenly literal and to see it uses a LOT of figurative language
