Uh...he wasn't executed. Do you guys really believe these cops thought "this guy has a bad heart. I bet if we attack him, he'll die"???

This happens from time to time but people with preexisting conditions who are combative or resisting arrest and get subdued have had attacks and or even died

People with preexisting conditions have died from tasers
