I would say more that His blood touches heaven so our presence can be there, which is not directly cleansing heaven of our sins, but because we had sins, it had to be dealt with so it could tolerate our presence. It's hard to put into words. Sort of a confirmation to us we can enter. Our sins were not in heaven, but it is like a herald and ceremony to encourage us we can enter because our sins are gone.
