what is written in the new testament

It is written word for word
that Jesus addressed Peter as Satan
and it is written word for word
that Peter did deny Jesus 3 times.
And it is written that Jesus said
Whosoever therefore shall
confess me before men,
him will I confess also
before my Father
which is in heaven.
But whosoever shall
deny me before men,
him will I also deny
before my Father
which is in heaven.
So either it is true or it is not true.
I am just trying to find out so I can believe the truth.
