There were sounds and grammatical rules in the Hebrew that did not translate well into the Greek.
We definitely know that the combination SH was not available in Greek, there was no way to translate that Hebrew sound into Greek for it did not existed in that language, so an approximation was used.
The same with the grammatical rules, there were differences in the grammar between Hebrew and Greek so accommodations had to be made.
