I believe that Rev 21 through 22 is technically future, for it is after the future great white throne judgment. But the City exists now as the church and Rev 21 through 22 sees the church completed when the end had already come by that time. So the river flowing is the Spirit of God that flows even now from the Church, as well as in the future after the GWT. And John is told that all can come and drink NOW, in verse 17. In other words, the distant future of all that which will occur after the GWT judgment is highlighted, and then we go back to the general cry of salvation for today in verse 17.

I agree that no more tears and sorrow and death is future and yet to be fulfilled. This is where partial preterism differs from full preterism. Full preterists feel EVERYTHING is fulfilled. Not I. Rev 20 through 22 is future.

But when FP's say this is future, it is not because they are not honest. They believe this has to fit with past fulfillment, though I disagree with them.

I agree, Bro Epley this is future, but I disagree the FP's are being dishonest. They are only trying to fit these scriptures into their concept, just asyou try to fit Matthew 24 into your concept and fail to notice that the SIGN OF HIS COMING is the same sign to indicate when the stones of the temple would be overthrown, if you compare all the similar acocunts in Mark, Matthew and Luke.

Are you being dishonest when you do that, despite the fact that the SIGN OF HIS COMING is the sign when the temple would be destroyed? I think not. You are just being stubborn about making sure your concept does not fail, so you go to extremes in Matt 24 to do so, as you feel the FP's do in Rev 21 to 22.
