The church already mentioned looks great on the website although I have no personal knowledge of it.
However, a group of strangers from different parts of the country known to each other through GNC got together in Gatlinburg about 4 years ago. We visited Bro. Carpenter's church in Marysville, Tennessee (a scenic 1 hour ride from Gatlinburg) on a Wednesday night.
The midweek church service was great, the people friendly and the preaching memorable.
Fellowship before and after; divine! Thanks St Matt (who provided the kool aid)
and his family, Servant and his family; HO and Foreverblessed for a great memory. And Lady Rev too who joined the women later that week for that ill-fated raft ride down the river...
