Praying for you brother. High Blood pressure isn't fun to deal with, can be scary, especially with the info that it could lead to heart attack, stroke, death etc...

I can offer what I did to deal with high blood pressure, I hope you will pray and seek the healing that you need.

First and foremost, when something like this would happen I would ask God if he is trying to get your attention. When health issues, financial, marital problems arise, alway seek if your spirit is right.

If you feel this isn't a spiritual problem and it can be remedied by changes in your health, then I will give you this advice.

As a teenager my blood pressure was 190/145, that was related to my heart problem that I had since birth. Dizziness, lightheaded, etc... was a normal thing for me to live with. God healed my heart when I got back into the church.

However, a couple years into my marriage, I went to Wal Mart and tested my blood pressure and it was 165/110. I wasn't worried about my heart defect, because the Lord settled that back when he healed me. So, I began with a test, I studied what foods can cause BP issues, and for 30 days I ate only fish and vegetables, I kept very low on sugars (no sodas) and ate unprocessed food. In one month my BP went to 120/74, no medicine, no doctors just changing my eating habits.

My job also caused a lot of stress, I began not allowing things to stress me out. The last time I was at the doctors my BP was 119/72.
