- The problems that have been reported in the Foreign Missions Deptartment of the UPCI are not Kenneth Haney's Fault.
- Terrorism is not Kenneth Haneys Fault
- George W Bush is not Kenneth Haneys Fault
The Fault of ALL of the problems within the UPCI can be described in one word.
