This is NOT the "standard" for the many worship songs in our movement . . . it was a kids movement song. Like the other one, "Father Abraham." But you probably think that's a standard for the new worship songs too, right?

I love most of the new worship songs. You are very foolish if you believe that Pentecostals don't enjoy hype and emotionalism.I just don't enjoy repetitive lyrics and music bent on driving people into a frenzy.
I see the same thing with preaching nowadays. There are some preachers who are not happy unless everyone is doing cartwheels in response to their little one-liners. We are raising up a new generation of idiots who will accept any false doctrine that floats by. This is because we preach everything other than the Word. We keep trying to "fix" people instead of letting God's word do the job. Same thing with music, we try to manufacture the presence of God.
It's sickening and false worship.
