More biblical, what is that? Show us in the scripture the "pastor" run church??? The biblical model is elder led, however the church today cannot endure or assimilate the true biblical model for the most part. Therefore it defaults to the dictator model, and by doing so the church body is not equipped to do the work of God, because the equipping is lopsided.
