How does one know if there is an interpreter if noone speaks in tongues out loud to begin with?
or say like brother such and such did a tongue interpretation once five years ago, and I know that he did, would it be wrong for me to speak in tongues out loud every svc after that, I know that there is an interpreter there, but he's not interpreting.
