I drove a Buick into an Olds showroom. After the Sales Manager told me everything I knew was wrong with my car, he then insulted me and offered me $700 trade-in on an Alero (11000 car then). I went to a local used dealer and paid $10000 for a used Chevrolet and was very happy.
I was surprised at this response, and felt justified when Olds went under.
If I were Bro Eastman, I would go back to the dealership again.
